Si-OAT Coolant Range
LONG LIFE Si-OAT (ORGANIC ACID TECHNOLOGY) COOLANT FOR MODERN AUTOMOTIVE & INDUSTRIAL COOLING SYSTEMS
The Si-OAT COOLANT RANGE is an anti-freeze, anti-boil & anti-corrosion long life Si-OAT technology coolant range containing ethylene glycol. These products have been specifically formulated to meet the genuine Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications. They contains an extended long life inhibitor formulation to prevent rust, corrosion, cavitation & degradation of the cooling system.
The Si-OAT COOLANT RANGE contains no phosphates, amines, borates, or nitrites, to provide one of the most advanced corrosion inhibitor packages available on the market, particularly used in modern European, high-tech aluminium engines where higher levels of corrosion protection are required. These products are compatible with most ethylene glycol-based coolants, but it is recommended as a best practice to drain out the used coolant, flush the system to remove remaining used coolant and deposits, then refill the system with the new coolant mixture.
PERFORMANCE STANDARDS
The Si-OAT COOLANT RANGE is formulation tested and manufactured according to Australian conditions AS 2108 – 2004 (Type A) that exceeds the ASTM test reported on this label. In addition, these products are formulated to meet or exceed many manufacturers specifications which are available on our Product Data Sheet (PDS) on request.
HD Coolant Premix 50/50
HD COOLANT PREMIX 50/50 is an anti-boil & anti-freeze long life OAT technology ready-to-use coolant containing monoethylene glycol. This product has been specifically formulated for both automotive & industrial based applications to provide the ultimate cooling system fluid for a wide variety of applications. It provides excellent protection for all metals in cooling systems & gives excellent protection against cavitation & erosion, increasing the operating life of water pumps.
HD COOLANT PREMIX 50/50 contains no silicates borates or phosphates whilst utilizing one of the most advanced corrosion inhibitor packages available on the market. Whilst HD Coolant Premix 50/50 is compatible with most ethylene glycol based coolants, it is good practice to drain out the used coolant, flush the system to remove remaining used coolant and deposits, then refill the system with the new coolant mixture. HD Coolant Premix 50/50 should be added to the cooling system as is.
HD Coolant Concentrate

HD Coolant Concentrate should be mixed with fresh distilled water at a ratio of 1:1 (50/50) in a clean container, and then added to the cooling system.
Enviro HD Coolant Premix
ENVIRO HD COOLANT PREMIX is a superior, fully formulated, nitrite-organic acid technology (OAT), ready to use propylene glycol based engine coolant. It is more robust both conventional and organic acid technology (OAT) engine coolants. Enviro HD Coolant Premix is recommended for use in automotive, light duty and heavy-duty diesel applications such as on-road truck, off-road mining, farm and marine where an environmentally acceptable coolant is required. It provides protection for up to 6 years, 6000 hours or 500,000 km.
